Love in Fragile Times (L.I.F.T.)
The L.I.F.T. program serves childhood oncology patients and families in crisis by meeting a need to reduce their stress or lift their spirits. Requests are meant for patients experiencing a crisis affecting home life, living situations, relapse in disease, and end of life support. We have helped families with rent and bill assistance, travel and gas support, furniture needs, grocery support and more.

Comfort Cart
The Comfort Cart is provided to families whose child is inpatient with a terminal prognosis. This cart is filled with items that we hope will provide comfort to families during this very difficult and stressful time. Comfort Cart is filled with items such as snacks, sheet sets, a coffee maker and coffee, CD player, aromatherapy oils and other useful items.

LoveStrong
The LoveStrong Program offers extra support for families when a child is in critical condition or receiving end of life care. Families receive 3 baskets filled with comfort items depending on care stage (initial Lovestrong basket, hospice basket, and after loss basket). Families are also provided with a wish list which they can use to request grocery and comfort items as often as needed with B.I.G. Love covering cost. The staff also has a gift card binder on the unit full of food delivery and grocery cards for families with urgent needs. Counseling support is also offered during and after treatment.
