Request Grief Support Services |
Chaney and Jessica Phillips founded B.I.G. Love Cancer Care Services after their five year old daughter, Brooke Alyson, passed away from childhood leukemia. It is because of their own personal journey through illness, loss and grief that they have expanded the ministry of B.I.G. Love to include Individual and Group Grief Support Services.
It is their desire to provide a safe place for parents and individuals to come to grieve, to cry, to laugh, to love, to talk, to remember...and to do all this with others who under- stand...with others who have traveled a similar road.
Their desire is that B.I.G. Love will be a place of refuge for you during your greatest time of need – a place to feel God’s love, comfort and peace...once again.
Jessica holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology as well as certification in non-profit management from the Graduate School of Social Work from the University of Houston, TX. She is also a licensed minister

Carolyn and Clark McCarley gave birth to a beautiful daughter, Mary Madison, on October 24, 2003. Due to a congenital syn- drome that has not been confirmed, she earned her angel wings two days later on October 26, 2003. Through many years of wonderful support and prayer, it is Carolyn’s desire to give back and help others who have experienced such a tremendous loss as well.
Carolyn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Appalachian State Univer- sity in Boone, North Carolina and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee-Memphis. She completed her internship at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and is currently a clinical medical social worker on the cancer unit at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She has been at ACH for seven years. She is also trained in RTS Bereavement Training in pregnancy loss and newborn death.
Clark is licensed in Real Estate and works for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. They are both very active in their church and serve on several committees.
Carolyn and Clark have three boys. Clark (Jr) is nine years old in the 3rd grade and is active in soccer and boy scouts. Cooper is five years old, in Kindergarten and plays soccer. Miller is three years old and thinks he can play soccer! And all of the boys duck hunt just like their dad.
Even though Clark Jr. was the only child born during the time of Mary Madison’s short life, they all know they have a sister and make sure that everyone else knows as well.
